De pizzastenen van The Bastard zijn gemaakt van speciaal cordieriet keramiek en op zeer hoge temperatuur gefabriceerd. Ze zijn daarom geschikt om op hoge temperaturen pizza mee te bakken. Wij adviseren de pizzasteen te gebruiken in combinatie met de Plate setter|Heat deflector om verbranding van de pizza op de steen te voorkomen.
